The BioSustainability Design Fellowship Programme is a talent and innovation programme for skilled professionals with previous work or research experience. We seek ambitious, curious, and open-minded professionals who are willing to learn and challenge the status quo of the agri-food sector.
As a BSD fellow, you will develop new skills, competencies, and expertise to your career while working in a multidisciplinary team with talented co-fellows. You must be able thrive with a certain degree of uncertainty and navigate complex challenges while keeping the motivation and passion to create environmentally sustainable changes in the agri-food sector.
Each year, the BioSustainability Design Fellowship Programme selects 16 fellows from diverse disciplines. Backgrounds in food sciences, biotechnology, engineering, business, IT, social sciences and design – or practical paths like the culinary arts – are examples of what fits the programme.
Prior experience in the agri-food sector is an advantage, but we encourage applicants from any field with relevant skills and a passion for sustainability to apply.
