Formal Requirements

To be eligible for the BSD, you must meet one of the following criteria:

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience.
  • An education in a relevant field plus a minimum of 3 years of relevant industry experience.

 

We build our teams with a focus on interdisciplinary strength. We therefore welcome applicants from a wide range of professional backgrounds, including:

  • Agricultural & Food Sciences
  • Engineering & Technology
  • Business, Economics & Logistics
  • Environmental & Social Sciences
  • Design & Marketing

 

Please note: We value unique and practical expertise. If you have a non-academic background, such as a culinary chef with deep industry insight, we strongly encourage you to apply.

The BSD is a full-time, 10-month commitment, with programme activities based at our facilities in Aarhus. You will be selected based on your experience, your passion for sustainability, and your potential to become a leading change agent in the agri-food industry.
