Mentors
To guide and advise our fellows in their fellowship and the invention and commercialisation phase, we collaborate with highly skilled mentors within the agri-food sector. During the fellowship, the mentors will meet our fellows at pitch events and meeting, to elevate their ideas and solutions. Explore below to learn more about each mentor and their competences.
Kost Studio
Kost Studio is a food development studio in Copenhagen. They are working at the intersection of academia, food science, and early-stage ventures.
They work through three main departments. Knowledge to support partners directly on product development, regulatory strategy, and go-to-market. Culture to run research partnerships with academic institutions, translating early science on fermentation, sidestreams, and novel ingredients into viable food applications. Venture to build new companies together with Kost Capital, from first concept through to a fundable, regulation-ready company.
